Bacon Jam Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 t dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1/4 C bacon jam
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice brussels in half and add to large zipper bag with remaining ingredients.
To Cook
  1. Pour Brussels sprouts onto large baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Mix bacon jam and apple cider vinegar and toss with warm Brussels.
