Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole – GB1

Ingredients

Prep
  • 5 C cooked ground beef
  • 1 C ketchup
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C bacon bits or crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1/4 C mustard
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 oz frozen crinkle cut fries
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 C salad greens
  • dill pickle spears for serving

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. In a bowl mix together first 8 ingredients until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the ground beef mixture in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with frozen french fries. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-35 until french fries are brown and crispy. Top with cheese and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
  2. Serve with salad and pickles.
