Bacon Broccoli Ranch Quiche – C
Grapes and green salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 frozen pie crusts
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz real bacon bits or pieces
  • 1 1/2 C broccoli
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 2 T dry ranch seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 lb grapes
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits equally into both pie crusts.
  2. Chop broccoli and sprinkle over bacon. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Blend last 4 ingredients in a blender. Cover and store in refrigerator.
To Cook
  1. Mix egg mixture if needed and pour equally into each pie crust. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until center is set.
  2. Serve with green salad and grapes.

*tip-these can be baked on assembly day then just warmed in microwave on a busy weeknight.
