rice and broccoli

Ingredients

Needed for Assembly
  • 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak or any cut you like
  • 2 bell peppers any color
  • 1 onion
  • 8 oz canned baby corn on the cob drained
  • 1/2 C hoisin sauce
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1/2 T minced ginger
Needed on Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen rice steamers

Instructions

Assembly
  1. Cut steak, bell peppers and onion into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to bag. Zip and shake to mix.
Cooking
  1. Pour steak mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
  2. Broil 5-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
  3. Serve with rice.
