Slow Cooked Asian Beef and Broccoli
Brown rice and egg rolls

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 lbs eye of round steak
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C hoison sauce
  • 6 T ketchup
  • 6 T honey
  • 2 t Chinese 5 spice powder
  • 4 t minced garlic
  • 1 C water
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag broccoli florets
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
  • 1 box frozen egg rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place first 8 ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Place steak ingredients into slow cooker on low and cook 6 – 7 hours.
  2. Add broccoli the last 30 – 45 minutes of cook time.
  3. Cook rice and egg rolls according to package directions.
