Apple Glazed Pork Chops – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 C unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 C honey (or molasses)
  • 1 T BBQ sauce
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz frozen whole green beans
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place pork chops in 9 x 13 casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Mix next 6 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon over pork chops.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Add last 3 ingredients to a small baking dish, mix well and cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake pork chops uncovered and the green beans covered in 375 degree oven for 25 – 30 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions

You can make rice easily in a rice steamer if you do not want to use frozen steamers.
