Easy one pot meal that is not a casserole!
16 oz bag frozen chopped squash
1 pint cherry tomatoes
16 oz bag frozen green beans
4 t olive oil
1 t dried thyme
1 T dried parsley
½ C. frozen chopped onion
Salt & pepper to taste
5 boneless chicken breasts
To make ahead:
Add all 9 ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip and squish around to mix. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Pour chicken and vegetables into slow cooker add ½ C. water and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
