These were at hit at my house.
1 ½-2 lbs medium peeled cooked shrimp
1 T fajita seasoning (the kind in the packet)
2 T chopped cilantro or parsley
16 oz bag shredded cabbage slaw
1 C. plain Greek yogurt or sour cream ( you could even use half of each)
2 T lime juice
¼ – ½ t cayenne pepper
1 T olive oil
To make ahead:
Mix first 2 ingredients in a large container with lid.
Chop cilantro and mix with last 6 ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip and squish around to mix.
To Cook:
Warm shrimp in microwave about 1 minute or until warm.
Serve shrimp on corn or flour tortillas with cilantro slaw.
Add a can of black beans with queso fresco cheese crumbles and wedged tomatoes for a full meal.

We just tried this oh my heck was it good. My hubby was skeptical at first when we saw the slaw, but he feel in love with this. He can’t wait for us to have it again:>
Oh my, these look awsome, will be making this soon. I love shrimp!
I recently made this…OMG it was absolutely DELISH!!! The slaw was amazing and the combo of spice was better than any taco I have purchased from a restaurant!
these look great! but as far as eating healthy, isn’t the packaged fajita seasoning very high in sodium and other junk?
This recipe is on our classic plan and does occasionally use a seasoning packet. It is still by far better than any fast food and that was the goal of the classic menu plan.

So even though you make the slaw ahead it doesn’t get soggy? Looking forward to trying.
