Ingredients

Prep
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/8 t black pepper
  • 1 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 C Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1 T dried parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 C cooked shredded turkey
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg whole wheat buns
  • 1 pkg Romaine lettuce

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 11 ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Add turkey and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
To Cook
  1. Serve on sandwich buns with lettuce if desired.
