Seriously, 5-7 minutes for this!!
Some of you may wonder why so many of my recipes are labled “bites” (steak bites, chicken bites, etc), it solves 2 problems for me. #1 faster cook time and #2 meat is cut and ready for kids!
It makes for healthy meals in under 10 minutes! No processed food or “from a box” meals needed when you can cook food like this in less time than boxed mac and cheese!
Brown rice & broccoli go great with this dish. Pour pan juices over steamed broccoli for added flavor. YUM!

I made these last night and my picky pork eater thought they were great! “Nice and tender, like pork should be”- Picky eater
Do you think this would freeze well? I’m going to make a double batch now, one for tomorrow’s dinner and i was thinking, one to freeze… i wonder if the oranges would do ok?
I think it would be fine. We did not really eat the cooked oranges. I sliced fresh for a side dish to this.
these look so yummy! i pinned it and will definitely be trying it soon!
