Orange Pork Bites

From refrigerator to table in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients-

1 ½ lb boneless pork loin chops

1 orange

3 T orange juice

¼ C. honey

¼ C. spicy brown mustard

Assembly-

Cube pork into 1 inch pieces and place in large zipper bag.

Wedge the orange and add with next 3 ingredients to pork in bag.  Zip and squish around to mix.

Cooking Instructions-

Pour bag contents onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.  Broil in oven for 5-7 minutes or until pork is cooked through.

Seriously, 5-7 minutes for this!!

Some of you may wonder why so many of my recipes are labled “bites” (steak bites, chicken bites, etc),  it solves 2 problems for me.  #1 faster cook time and #2 meat is cut and ready for kids!

It makes for healthy meals in under 10 minutes!  No processed food or “from a box” meals needed when you can cook food like this in less time than boxed mac and cheese!

Brown rice & broccoli go great with this dish.  Pour pan juices over steamed broccoli for added flavor.   YUM!
