In-n-Out burger is all the rage here in North Texas! I decided to make a healthier version for us to have at home. Who says eating healthy has to be plain and boring?
4-6 preformed burger patties (I used Jenni-O turkey)
1 t seasoning salt
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Secret Sauce:
1/3 C. light mayonnaise
2 T ketchup
2 t dill relish
1 t mustard
¼ t paprika
To make ahead:
Sprinkle each patty with seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce. Store in large container with lid. Use wax paper between layers.
Mix last 5 ingredients in small container with lid. This will be your secret sauce.
To Cook:
Grill burgers on indoor grill or brown in skillet.
Serve on 4-6 whole wheat hamburger buns with secret sauce and desired toppings.
Optional toppings: lettuce (use the dark greens), tomato & onion.
We all loved these! I will be making them often! I served a salad on the side of mine. Everyone else had sweet potato fries. There are a few good options in the frozen section for “cleaner” frozen fries.

Wow! That looks awesome! Thanks for the recipe…I have to resist In-N-Out too! :)
