This is a low carb, low fat meal that is one of my top favorites!
½ C. olive oil
3 T lemon juice
3 t dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1 small red onion
4 oz feta cheese
½ C. black olives
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak
Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
Add steak to large zipper bag. Pour ½ marinade over steak. Zip and squish around to mix. (Reserve remaining marinade for salad)
Chop tomatoes, cucumber and onion into bite size pieces.
Add to large bowl with lid.
Pour remaining marinade over salad.
Top with feta and olives.
Grill steak on indoor or outdoor grill until desired doneness. May also be broiled in the oven. That is how I had to cook it since my outdoor grill broke and my George is worn out. Broiling is really fast so keep an eye on it. Mine only took 8 minutes!
Serve with salad.
