These are so good I wish I would have made double!
1 1/2 C. Panko bread crumbs
3 T Dijon mustard
5 boneless pork loin chops (or bone in of your choice, this is just what we like)
Pour Panko crumbs onto a paper plate.
Brush pork chops with mustard and coat with Panko crumbs.
Place in large storage container with lid. Use wax paper between layers. (if making ahead)
I made steamers broccoli in cheese sauce and steamers mashed potatoes to go along with it. YUM!
Place pork chops on foil lined baking
Bake 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
